On the north coast of Spain, The World makes landings in the culturally rich regional capitals of Gijon and Santander. As the Ship sails up the coast to France, those on board will experience the finest examples of ancient, medieval, and contemporary Brittany art and architecture in Nantes and Lorient. Crossing the Channel, Residents & Guests will enjoy a leisurely week in the maritime south of England before sailing east to immerse themselves in the culture, history and nightlife of Amsterdam and Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

As the Journey continues to Germany, Hamburg offers Residents & Guests the chance to explore art, architecture, and cuisine. Then The World passes through the Kiel Canal, into the Baltic Sea, and north towards Stockholm and Visby on the mountainous Swedish coast. In Poland, Residents & Guests will walk the beautiful streets of the proud city of Gdansk before sailing west to Denmark and returning to the Atlantic.
