Job Information

The primary responsibility of the Training and Development Manager is the development and implementation of training strategies, plans, and processes to support organizational goals. The Training and Development Manager is responsible for assessing current and future training, creating training and career development programs and evaluating the effectiveness of training delivery by managers and supervisors.


  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Human Resources Manager and/or Training Manager on an ultra luxury Cruise Ship, Private Club, Boutique Hotel, ultra luxury hotel or resort such as: Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, Four Seasons, Silversea, Crystal Cruises etc…
  • Experience creating custom training programs and presentations strongly preferred
  • Experience with training luxury hotel operations and implementing new training programs.
  • Shipboard experience preferred
