Position Summary

The Sr Manager, Enrichment Programs primary responsibility is to oversee the logistics and coordination related to planning efforts of The World’s enrichment and destination-related programs to consistently exceed Resident and Guest expectations.

The Sr Manager, Enrichment Programs reports to the Director, Hotel Operations and will work closely with the onboard Program Director, Director Destination Planning and Sr Manager Destination Planning.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations, processes and project management
  • Solid experience in shipboard event management planning & talent sourcing preferred
  • BA/BS 4 year degree or foreign equivalency World & destination knowledge an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in high pressure & demanding situations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to manage an operating budget
  • Must have superior command of the English language, both verbal & written
  • Must be able to travel based on job demands and requirements
  • Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience making presentations in front of groups
  • Proficient in MS office to include, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
